Project Overview

The EHS Portal used at the Samsun factory consolidates various safety and improvement applications under one roof: PULSAR (behavioral safety observations), Near Miss, Unsafe Condition, Suggestion System, and CAPA (Corrective/Preventive Actions) modules are all managed through a single platform.

The portal is designed with a mobile-responsive structure and prepared in Turkish for factory use.

Login and authorization are integrated with the factory’s card access system (Bionet); new employees are automatically created upon entry, and access is restricted when leaving the factory.

Planned observations and process decisions are reminded/notified via SMS, accelerating action tracking.

The CAPA process is designed to be common and traceable across modules, supporting record-based messaging and evidence management between action owners and the system administrator.

Technology Overview

• Architecture: Microsoft .NET-based web portal; mobile-responsive interface.
• Integrations: Card access (Bionet) with single sign-on and automatic user creation; retrieval of person, access, and permission data via JSON API from Bionet.
• Authorization: Role-based access and module-level screen permissions (list, add, delete, edit).
• Notification Infrastructure: SMS alerts during process stages and evaluations.
• Processes & Reporting: PULSAR, Near Miss, Unsafe Condition, Suggestion, and CAPA modules; filterable reports and plan compliance analyses for each module.
