Emre Gürül graduated from St. George’s College in Austria and later earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University. He completed his MBA at Boğaziçi University and is currently pursuing his PhD in “Contemporary Management” at Işık University.

He began his career at Nexum in 2000, taking on roles as Project Manager, Client Manager, and Sales & Marketing Director. In 2006, he became a Partner and Shareholder of the company. In 2008, he was appointed CEO and continued his career as Senior Partner and CEO until December 2012, when he co-founded Nuevo together with his partners.

Mustafa Yücedağ graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University with a degree in Computer Engineering, and later completed programs in Management Information Systems at Yeditepe University and an MBA at Donetsk National University.

He began his career as a software engineer before establishing his own software company headquartered in Ankara with a branch office in Bursa. After running his company for nearly two years, he left to fulfill his military service. He subsequently served as International Operations Manager at Innova, working across several countries, and later took on the role of Project Manager in the Banking sector at Veripark. Until December 2012, he worked at Nexum before co-founding Nuevo with his partners.

Emre Kirpiksiz graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Physics and began his career as a software engineer. He served as a software team leader at prominent institutions such as Fortisbank, BNP Paribas, and Magiclick Digital Solutions.

In 2014, Emre joined Nuevo as a Project Manager and has since taken on various leadership positions. Following his extensive experience in project and team management, he was appointed Chief Product Officer (CPO) in 2023, where he now shapes Nuevo’s project standards and product strategies. He also leads the company’s artificial intelligence transformation process, driving Nuevo’s technology vision into the future.

Muhammed Durmaz graduated from Selçuk University with a degree in Computer Engineering. He began his career in 2017 at Nuevo Softwarehouse as a software developer. After a period at Innova, he returned to Nuevo as Senior Software Developer and Technical Lead. In 2022, he transitioned to Odito as Team Lead, a role he continues to hold.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to web and mobile software projects for major corporate clients such as LCWaikiki, Starbucks, Burger King, Mavi, Otokoç, and many others. With eight years of experience, he has specialized in developing Microsoft-based enterprise solutions.
